The 3.0 Challenge — Who Is Ready?

When we have recently cancelled the December PCMC training in Bali, a couple things became more obvious to me, more obvious than ever before.  We cancelled due to low numbers and due to the challenge I have of traveling while undergoing chemo-infusion.  And it is regarding one of those things that I want to bring to you’re attention as a Neuro-Semantic Trainer.

Here’s the first thing I became aware of.   I think we have adopted the wrong approach toward PCMC.  While PCMC is Module IV of Meta-Coaching, it is not a training that stands apart from the earlier modules.  In fact, PCMC is actually the completion of ACMC.  Although it adds another 11 coaching skills, it does not merely add those additional advanced coaching skills to the foundational 7 coaching skills, it completes, expands, and enhances the original 7 skills.  In fact, without the additional 11 skills, you cannot truly perform the first seven.
