As a Neuro-Semantic Trainer, and as a Meta-Coach, one of the things you do is hold people accountable. Do you have that skill? Sometimes this is not easy at all. Yet it is necessary and critically important. In fact, sometimes people will actually select a coach exclusively for this purpose. They have a goal, they want to reach it, and they know that if they have an “accountability structure,” they will be more likely to achieve their goal. So they hire a coach to hold them accountable to their desired outcome.
