A little over 10 years ago I started run training processes with NLP and Neuro-Semantics models and today I can say I'm beginning to learn to be an effective trainer. I remember from my beginnings heard from my students tell me I was very good transmitting knowledge and doing demonstrations at the front of the various patterns of NLP and Neuro-Semantics. And I accept that I recognized myself as a good trainer because I was doing what fascinates me, it is what I love.

However, today it has been more than 10 years, and I realize that mastery is in details and not repeating the same thing over and over again. What do I mean by this? I have repeated Coaching Essentials and Coaching Genius over 80 times, and every time I do it differently. It is not repeated in the strict sense of the word, because every workshop I learn something new and integrated it into my next training.

A couple of "small details" that today make a "big difference" are those who I want to share with you in this reflection.
