Suppose as a Neuro-Semantic trainer, we all set a goal that we would uphold, and even increase, the quality of the skills of Neuro-Semantic Trainers. Suppose we set that goal for your country and, for that matter, world-wide. What would you then do to make that goal a reality? How would you go about it?

An idea began to rise among the leadership team many months ago; we then confirmed it as a policy in Feb. during NSTT. That idea? We would encourage Trainers from every Institute to send one of their members to NSTT each year to be on the team and to learn afresh the benchmarks of the presentation skills. Then, as they return home, they would be the key resource person back in their country for knowing about the benchmarks and how to use them. Then, in turn, they could share what they have learned and be a model of benchmarking.
