If you’re a trainer and you take pride in the quality of your work, then I have a challenge for you. The challenge is to move beyond merely being a trainer, to being an inspirational leader. Now to introduce the challenge, here are some questions to challenge you: What are your participants getting when they leave your training room? One month later, what would they say they have taken away and made part of their lives? How would they describe Neuro-Semantics?

Now if you are truly a Neuro-Semantic Trainer, you will want your participants to catch a vision of Neuro-Semantics, don’t you? Would you not want them to realize that what you are offering them is much more than some specific skills to improve the quality of their lives? If you want to be a leader and truly win their hearts and minds, then you will want to make sure that you adequately and thoroughly frame your trainings.
