If you're a trainer with a similar history as me you've likely trained on your own for a lot of years and had total control of how you delivered training. You had control of how you would put your PowerPoint slides or flip charts together and you determined what exercises, music and the type of sweets you would leave out on the table for your participants. You had the ability to determine the small and large decisions that need to be made at each phase of your training cycle.

For me the thought of co-training with another was the right decision to make yet I found it both challenging and rewarding. The transition from being a lone trainer to being accepting of partnering another trainer as a co-trainer, and in my case it was Lena, I found challenging.
