THE DAY WE BENCHMARK NLP
Another great example of Neuro-Semantic collaboration is the current project on Benchmarking the competencies of NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training.
Another great example of Neuro-Semantic collaboration is the current project on Benchmarking the competencies of NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training. Mike Schwarzer (Australia) and Wayne Buckhanan, Ph.D. (USA) are leading the project and they sent me a document last week indicating where they and the team are. I was impressed! They are on the right track and the day is coming when Neuro-Semantics will have benchmarks on the competencies and Neuro-Semantic Trainers will be able to begin benchmarking the skill level of people studying NLP.
That’s big! I don’t even have words to describe how big that is. For 40 years NLP has identified the basic competencies. I received them from Leslie Cameron Bandler and put them in the Neuro-Semantic Trainers’ Manual from the beginning, but they have never been benchmarked. As a result, there’s no real way to determine if a person is actually competent in practicing NLP. But soon we will be turning that around.
