I must confess that I wondered about the relevance to me of the Creativity & Innovation training. I knew it was one of the Self-Actualisation trainings so knew there would be huge value—but how exactly that value was practically applicable to me, I did wonder. But from the first morning of framing it all made perfect sense. As a side note, that’s part of the importance of setting great frames at the start of a training— to fully answer the ‘why should I be here?’ question for participants.

So what are some the frames of this training? Why would anyone want to attend? The fact is that problems are everywhere in all aspects of life. If we don’t have a problem, we invent them either for fun (crosswords, Sudoku, video games, etc.), or as a business idea so we can sell ourselves as problem solvers for others. The truth is, anytime you have a goal of any kind you have the problem; how do you get there? So the question isn’t so much “Why would anyone want to attend?” rather, “Why wouldn’t they?”
