Question: How do you coordinate a movement like Neuro-Semantics? What’s the best way to create an association of men and women of like-mind, men and women who want to be highly ethical in their use of NLP and Neuro-Semantics, and professional, and do so in a way that promotes credibility and high quality? These were the questions that we wrestled with when we initiated Neuro-Semantics and that we continue to wrestle with.

• How do we put together an International Association and keep it running?

• Do we create a for-profit business and franchise it like Robbins did which he then charge $50,000 for?

• Do we create a loosely organized organization like most NLP Associations where there’s very little commitment and where people who belong to it are there only for what it in it for them? The result of that approach has been that most NLP Associations do not work and do not last. We once had 5 in the USA, now we have none. In other countries, they struggle to have meetings and most do not have Conferences any longer.
