THE NEUR0-SEMANTIC PROFESSIONAL TRACKS

Every since the first Neuro-Semantic Leadership Summit in San Francisco in 2010, we have been planning, designing, and preparing the Professional Tracks. These are the training tracks that people can take in order to focus on a specific area— coaching, leadership, self-actualization, health, therapy, supervision, etc.

What is the reason for the Professional Tracks? They were designed to offer something much, much more practical than what NLP had used for 30 years, the Practitioner and Master Practitioner programs. Practical— because as most people eventually realize, there are almost no jobs anywhere that require a NLP Practitioner Certification. And if that’s the case, then trying to sell a “NLP Practitioner” course becomes extremely difficult. On a practical or pragmatic basis, there’s almost no value in such. And that’s why trying to create a Neuro-Semantic Practitioner would lead us into the same dead-end.

We wanted to change that. And we did. First we made the NLP Prac. and Master prac. as prerequisites for more advanced trainings and second, we created the Professional Tracks. These tracks are designed to provide a practical and commercial application of the models so that people can put them to immediate use.
