On a road trip that expanded most of the North Island of New Zealand, Colin Cox and I were talking about various trainings, working with teams, and benchmarking. After the subject of inductions of people into the culture of a new workplace came up, I began wondering about creating an induction process for people entering into the world of Neuro-Semantics. As we batted ideas back and forth, I began making notes and then when I had plenty of time in an airport lounge, I wrote the following Induction into Neuro-Semantics.

Imagine a training. Any training. It could be NLP Practitioner, APG, or one of the short gateway trainings. Now imagine yourself as the trainer beginning in the following way:

“Welcome to this Neuro-Semantic Training. I want to give you a very special and warm welcome to the world of Neuro-Semantics. And if you are new to this world, here is a very quick introduction, a sub-three minute introduction. If you are a citizen of this world, then help me welcome our new people to the world of Neuro-Semantics.
