THE NEXT BIG THING

While there could be several next big thing in Neuro-Semantics, the one I’m thinking about and planning for is The 5-Minute Manager. I mentioned it in the article on The ACPF Experiment (Oct. 5) and since then have been focused on creating the Training Manual for that training.

The big idea in this project is an audacious idea. It is this: Can we take a manager in an organization, someone who has worked as a manager for at least three years, and ideally for 10 or more, and in 4 days enable that manager to be able to engage an employee in a problem-solving conversation such that in 5-minutes (or perhaps 10 minutes), that manager could get to “the heart of the matter” and help that employee resolve the problem?
