When a large amount of our work is dedicated to training, it becomes very important to maintain a high level of emotional and psychic energy; our processes are dependant of our emotional and psychic state when we are training. Our health and physical energy becomes evident as the hours/days pass when we train a group.

Perhaps what we say about the subject would fall under the obvious category, but nevertheless it is better to say it than to not say it. Now what are some of the practices that may help us as trainers? Here are some that I propose:

1. Exercise Regularly

Do an aerobic part and do another non-aerobic part. Those of us that know Michael well understand the importance that he gives to having a gym available to him when he gives a training in a country and his tendency to “move objects” (chairs, tables, etc.) during the training(!). We also know that the vitality and movement are interrelated. We know that the aerobic exercise has an energizing effect. And there is more. It also helps to better oxygenate our brain.
