THE SYNERGY PHENOMENON

There is a phenomenon all around us, but if you don’t have eyes to view it, you will not see it. If you don’t have ears to listen for it, you will not hear it. And if you do not have an understanding of it, you will dismiss it as irrelevant, non-sensical, paradoxical, or imaginary. It is the synergy phenomenon.

This experience is the phenomenon whereby two things can become much more than the sum of all of the elements. If we were to use mathematical concepts, we could say, it is how 2 times 2 becomes 127. In the communication of ideas, one idea from a single individual can become three ideas in a single receptive brain and those four ideas can become more than a thousand in a small team of creative researchers and innovators.
