THE TRANSFER

The day will come, I don’t know when, and I hope that it isn’t soon, but the day will come when I will step aside and/or be “out of the picture” and others will be carrying on the roles that I’ve been playing in Neuro-Semantics.

The day will come, I don’t know when, and I hope that it isn’t soon, but the day will come when I will step aside and/or be “out of the picture” and others will be carrying on the roles that I’ve been playing in Neuro-Semantics. At some point, that transfer will take place, however long or short, and ideally an expression of effective succession planning. In view of that I’ve been anticipating as well as preparing to mentor those who will be carrying Neuro-Semantic on into the future.

I began moving in this direction a few years ago by focusing on setting up the processes for commissioning those who are, and will be, training the advanced Meta-Coaching System starting with ACMC then PCMC. More recently I’ve been giving attention to GTMC and its development. To that end, I’ve created processes and a contractual license for those who want to train it.
