THE TRANSFORMATIVE CONTEXT OF NSTT

Having just returned from more than 2 weeks in Grand Junction at NSTT, I have had some time to reflect on my experience as well as some time to notice my own personal shifts and developments. Similar to the questions from the ‘night after the miracle’ “What will be different? Who will notice? What will they notice?” I have started to notice and to receive feedback that “something is different.” This is not surprising because the structure of the NSTT experience creates a powerful context for transformation on so many levels.
At the primary level we have the content knowledge of NSTT. The NSTT training manual was not nicknamed the ‘treasure chest by Alan Fayter for no reason. It is packed with valuable content and it truly amazes me how comprehensive it is. I could sit through NSTT a thousand times and still be able to pull out more and more content distinctions to take my training skills and my trainings to the next level.
