Patrik’s reflection last week offered great insights as to how to avoid complacency and continue to refine our skills as trainers; I highly recommend reading it again. I’ve read it more than four times now! Kaizen (continuous improvement) is something I’m passionate about because it will really distinguish Neuro-Semantic trainers over and above everyone else and build a solid, trusted brand.

But how do we know how well/poorly we are doing? To find out, we need feedback. If you don’t have co-trainers to give you feedback or if you don’t train often enough to get the practice; I suggest video. I recently committed to put up a weekly video tip online to stretch myself and offer something (hopefully) useful to people. I figure if Michael can write on at least three elists every week, I can chat for a couple of minutes weekly! But you don’t need to go this far.
