Why are you a trainer? What do you want to achieve by doing that? What do you want to become by doing that? Why?

At first I attended Trainers Training because I wanted to be more relaxed when speaking in public, because I was anything but. I also wanted to learn a lot more aboaut Neuro-Semantics and develop new skills, and to become a better Meta-Coach.

So I became relaxed (eventually) at NSTT, I developed skills in public speaking and all the sub- skills of presenting on a topic in a way that other people than myself understood what I was talking about. Yay! I barely made the 2.5 necessary to go home with a certificate, and I learned a lot more about Neuro-Semantics. Then what?

I decided there and then that I wanted to become a Master Trainer, without having a clue of what that actually meant and how much work it would be. Why? Because I wanted to become as skilled as possible as a Trainer, and in part because I wanted to be a “Master”. This was a why on the performance axis, without a lot of higher meaning.
