As the world comes out of the locked-down and as economies are re-started, it is time for you and me to train people in resilience. For a great many people, the coronavirus epidemic showed the low level of resources they had within for handling the Stay at Home orders which has had all kinds of consequences in terms of family life, mental and emotional well- being, physical health, etc.

The 24/7 media coverage of the pandemic not only communicated fear of catching the virus, but also fear of dying, but also lots of pseudo-fears. That in turn, has led to more anxiety, depression, paranoia, suicides, domestic violation, etc. Millions have become aware that their resilience quota to be very low or lacking entirely.
