A few weeks ago I was in Moscow and had the opportunity to train Unleashing Potentials. That is the 3-day workshop on Self-Actualization. So I got to revisited the second change model of Neuro-Semantics and the one that’s within the Self-Actualization Psychology process— The Crucible. Now for some reason it seemed like it had been a long time since I had trained it, probably because my focus had been on other things . . . so in training it again, and especially when it is translated into another language, I spent time at the beginning of the training to make sure that I framed it well for everyone. I framed what we were going to be doing, why, how it related to self-actualizing and the unleashing of potentials, how it connected to the first day that dealt with The Construct, and the prerequisites for understanding and using it.
