Way back in December of 2010 I redesigned APG so that the genius pattern itself would be experienced in stages. That is, you run a part of the genius pattern again and again as you identify each prerequisite of the genius state. So in training it, you actually run the pattern ten or more times, and then at the end you put it all together. I designed this stage approach at the end of 2010 and then I forgot to use it every single time that I trained APG in 2011! After each presentation, I renewed my decision, “Next time I’m going to use new the training in stages manual.” Then I forgot again!

And I almost forgot this year when I delivered APG in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, but luckily I had been communicating with Joseph Scott in Australia and that enabled me to keep the new approach in mind. Joseph, who along with Jay Hedley had been presenting the new format, also provided me several ideas about presenting it.
