Are you letting the fear of embarrassment keep you from achieving what you want in a job, training, or relationship? What if the thought of being embarrassed had less power over you? Below, I share two techniques for handling embarrassing events. For each, I use my most embarrassing moments (leaving out the X-rated ones). I managed my fear of embarrassment and can help you do the same.

It is an answer to the question: “How do you write about the field of Neuro-Semantics to a popular audience?” My approach is to focus on a problem the audience may face and not on the field itself.
