UNLEASHING YOUR AUTHENTICITY

In 2011, I was working as a financial manager assistant in an international oil and gas company. At that time, a strange situation happened to me. One of my colleagues lost a very important invoice and he decided to accuse me of losing it. He forgot that whoever receives any invoice signs his name upon receiving it. After investigations, it turned out that he was the one who lost it. After that, he came to me threatening me that he would never forget this situation and would take revenge on me. I then decided to submit my resignation because I did not feel safe. Then one of my colleagues came and asked me, "How you took this decision so quickly and how. You are so real, strong and honest?" my answer was, "This is me".

After that, I searched for how to help people be real, but I did not know how. Not until I found the answer when I attended Unleash Your Authenticity training by Michael in 2020. Based on this story let's dig deep through Authenticity.
