I recently posted a question into the Neuro-Semantic Trainers Facebook group and I was amazed by the quantity and quality of the responses. Whereas I am accustomed to delivering my Meta- NLP Practitioner courses 8 days in a row, I learned about 6 totally different structures for running meta-NLP Practitioner trainings. Beyond that I followed up with a couple of those trainers one- to-one and asked some more precision questions to model them more effectively and to connect with them more deeply.
We are such an amazing community of NLPers, Neuro-Semanticists, coaches, trainers and personal developers with different backgrounds, experience, resources, specialties, and styles - how effectively are you leveraging that?
How often are you consulting your local/online trainers community? How often are you supporting other trainers with your experience? When was the last time you reached out and connected with someone new? When is the last time you collaborated with another trainer on a content piece, project or training program?
