WHICH ME SHALL I BE?
I’ve met presenters and trainers who are very different once they step up to the presenters podium or when delivering a training workshop. They are much nicer as a presenter than they are in person, they are much more pleasant when they are delivering training than when you introduce yourself to them after the training or during a scheduled break. Have you met trainers like this? I most definitely have!

I recall a good friend of mine, who had hosted many overseas presenters saying to me, how more often than not the presenters he hosted were far different off stage than when meeting them privately or when meeting them for the 1st time at the airport. He said they would be insecure or shy, overly demanding or even obnoxious, in person. Personal characteristics that were far removed, from the person they projected to an audience while on stage presenting.
