Many times this happens with Meta-Coaches and Trainers. They end the training and certification process and they do not train, or do not have clients and time keeps going on and on without refining the skills nor working, nor making business. It seems in this cases that the fervor dilutes after awhile, and that’s not a good sign.
On the other hand, there are some Trainers and Meta-Coaches that they have just finished their certification process and almost immediately start doing things, running short trainings, looking for clients and some times delivering each week. What could be in the middle of this two poles?
