YOU’RE A TRAINER, BUT ARE YOU A COLLABORATIVE LEADER?
When we began Neuro-Semantics, we put collaboration at the very center of the Neuro-Semantics vision.
When we began Neuro-Semantics, we put collaboration at the very center of the Neuro-Semantics vision. And to this day, it is still at the center of our vision. How well do you know that? And for an even more personal question: As a Neuro-Semantic trainer, are you a collaborative leader? If you think you are—what gives you that impression? What are you doing that actualizes being a collaborative leader? Here are some indicators.
Level One. First, you keep yourself actively involved as a Neuro-Semantic Trainer. Many do not. Yet a great many, some 200 do. So a big thank you for doing that! You keep your license renewed by paying the license fee. You keep yourself on this exclusive egroup and you read the posts in order to stay informed about what’s going on, who is doing what, what new things are being developed, etc. You are also keeping yourself informed by subscribing to Neurons and to Solutions (which Femke edits). You read the blogs that Colin and others write on Facebook and other areas. This level of collaboration is mostly a passive level— you are involved but only minimally.
