I know I was when I first became a Trainer ... it is an awesome responsibility. After all, you have the understanding and skill-set to facilitate life- changing transformation in people’s lives. Isn’t that incredible?! What you do isn’t just a job; it is so much more than just a job. To this day, I feel this way every time I get to do a training. I feel that way when I train APG or even some basic NLP. Who knows who will be present and whose life may be completely turned around? Who knows how many hundreds or even thousands of people will be influenced by that single person attending the training?
