The Christmas season/period for me as a Corporate Trainer and Coach is, what I refer to as “the dry season.” The dry season can start anywhere from one to four weeks before everyone has left work and gone on holiday and can continue on until the first week in February. So, each year I set aside at least six weeks of income to cover this festive beauty. I’ve been training for over a decade now, and I’ve always seen and experienced this to be my norm.

The holidays have always been great! Truth be known though—I have spent every holiday with my laptop open in between, and sometime during surf trips designing and developing training, planning, logistics, preparing materials. This year is no exception. But, this year is a game changer! This year my holiday period is a mere 9 days— I am back in the training room from the 6th of January 2015 and I will be taking surf trips in between having my laptop open.
