In my last Trainers Reflection (#46), I wrote about the psychology that underpins all we do in Neuro-Semantics and Meta-Coaching, namely Humanistic or Self-Actualisation psychology. From this background grew all of the current Neuro-Semantic trainings. Of these training we all might have our own speciality or favourite; Coaching Essentials, APG, Practitioner, etc. Mine personally are the Self-Actualisation series of trainings. If you haven’t experienced these trainings yet, I’d highly recommend them!

They are:

• Unleashing Vitality

• Unleashing Potentials

• Creativity & Innovation

• Unleashing Leadership

Over my next Trainers Reflections I’ll expand on these trainings but in this one I’d like to share more of the roots that drove and inspired Michael (and now me) to be so passionate about Humanistic or Self-Actualisation psychology. This isn’t going to be a long reflection.
