That’s a question it is not easy to answer, but here I will give you some points you might want to consider. Being a good Trainer is not limited to having the theoretical knowledge about NLP and Neuro-Semantics, in fact you can know a lot about the subject and still be a mediocre Trainer.

For sure you can remember that when you were in the Neuro-Semanticas Trainers Training, our main focus was on you to develop platform skills: generate group rapport, engage your audience, use your voice to induce states and use the semantic space in an appropriate way (the stage, your hands, your gestures to establish anchors in the group, etc.). All these has its reason. It is about knowing how to transmit the knowledge and facilitate that your students develop the skills that are related to what you are teaching, better said: training them.

So, could we say that the most important thing is to have well developed the seven core skills of a Neuro-Semantics Trainer? The answer is no.
