I have recently stepped up to a leadership position at work and have therefore had the opportunity to attend lots of corporate trainings by none Neuro-Semantic "Trainers". I put the word "Trainers" in quotation marks because none of them would get benchmarks above the zero-level at NSTT and they are still considered professional educators.

My purpose of writing this reflection is to emphasize how basic skills are very important and how easy it is to start developing bad habits as a trainer without high level feedback and continuous training. Hopefully Neuro-Semantic Trainers have removed all of these bad habits at NSTT already. If you recognize that you might be doing some of them when reading this text, my recommendation would be to get some coaching to un-learn them and re-learn more effective ways as soon as possible.
