Three weeks ago I received a thank you note from a small business owner and he gave me a feedback that I am a trustworthy person and leader and I had helped them create a culture of trust in his company. This feedback touched my heart because it was the third thank you note I received this year with almost the same feedback. So I will dive deep into trust and the trustworthiness. Are you ready?

First : Trust Definition Trust is a belief that someone can be leaned on to do what they say they will. Trust is very essential for cooperation in life. Trust is a sense of security. We trust the person who can consistently do what's right that achieves a desired purpose.

Second : Be a Trustworthy Leader and Trainer To be a trustworthy person or leader, we have to know the character .skills and actions of the trustworthy person and leader. His character is about integrity, is about doing the right things. He has the competency skill, he has the capability to achieve the desired purposes or goals. He has the discipline to be able to deliver his promises.
