FUTURE EXPERIENCES NOW
You know that NLP began as “the study of the structure of subjective experiences.” Yet NLP has always been about more than just studying that structure.
You know that NLP began as “the study of the structure of subjective experiences.” Yet NLP has always been about more than just studying that structure. From the beginning it has been about using and applying that structure to facilitate new and better experiences. It has been about change and transformation of one’s inner person; it has been about developing and improving one’s behavioral skills and competencies; about focusing on generative change; and about extending human possibilities. And because of this, there has always been a highly practical aspect in NLP, and therefore Neuro-Semantics, on execution.
The whole idea of modeling starts from the premise that there’s plenty of expertise in the world —expertise all around us if we open our eyes. We also ha ve to spend time modeling the excellence of those who have developed and learned to extend some human potential. Then we can spread that excellence around as we replicate it in people via our trainings, coaching, therapies, etc. And what that means is this: We have only begun to develop the human unleashing technologies that’s possible in the future.
