BE THE COLLABORATION YOU SEEK IN THE WORLD

I’m relating this quote to collaboration: “I’m starting with the person in the mirror. I’m asking him to change his mindset. No message could have been any clearer if you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself” and then make an effort to collaborate.

Alan Fayter's article on collaboration inspired me (January 2019, ‘The WIIFM of Collaboration’) when he listed four fears why trainers are afraid of collaborating and have a scarcity mindset. “The spirit of collaboration is lost to the mindset of scarcity.” What a great way to put it! This resonated with me, especially because I could relate to most of those fears.
