BEING COMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN SKIN – BEING REAL!

I was part of a team of people called in to facilitate a strategic planning meeting recently where I observed a senior executive in the organisation deliver a concept to 29 other executives. Over dinner the night before I was privileged to meet and dine with this gentlemen (I'll call him John) who I found to be nothing short of delightful. From all accounts that evening I would say that he seemed ultra-comfortable in his own skin. He spoke calmly with confidence and had the social skills of a butterfly.
