Being a Neuro-Semantics trainer is much more than just transmitting knowledge and techniques of NLP and Neuro-Semantics. Our role is not as passive as the vast majority of teachers and trainers. While it is true that we also transmit knowledge, techniques and guidelines to develop skills, our work has a more transformational purpose and therefore it is much more active with each person who attends our training. What do I mean? As trainers we can see many nonverbal behaviors of the participants and several of these can be used to generate changes, and sometimes meaningful transformation. Yes, I have two recent example of what I have just said.

Example # 1 A few months ago we were co-training (Omar Salom, Ivan Robles and I) Module 3 of ACMC in Mexico City. We were presenting the Axes of Change and suddenly one participant of the group began to shake her head subtly. I remember that Omar interrupted the presentation and addressed her saying: “Do you have any questions or concerns?” And she answered: “No, well ... it does not matter.”
