Colin and I have been having an ongoing conversation to make a decision regarding the meaning of Collaboration in Neuro-Semantics and the Non-Competitive clause. These words are in the contract for being a Licensed Neuro-Semantic Trainer and reflects something that has been in the vision and mission of Neuro-Semantics from the beginning. With this we are elaborating and clarifying these words in more detail. This is designed to give more practical clarification about what it means to collaborate in Neuro-Semantics and what it means to engage in competition against Neuro-Semantics.

First I want to set the frame: The Vision and Mission of Neuro-Semantics from the beginning in 1996 has been to promote cooperation and collaboration among the men and women of Neuro-Semantics so that we do not replicate the predatory environment that the competition and competitive attitudes based on scarcity has created in the field of NLP. There people fight and fume and fuss over who a client belongs to, they seek to under-cut and under-price each other, and everybody seems to be inventing their own versions of NLP.
