The Art of Being a Trainer involves several facets, as well as the skills that you already know. Our job as trainers is not limited only to the transmission of information, distinctions and implementation of patterns for participants to develop new skills. It also includes moments of connection, moments where a participant gets close to us to ask for advice or to talk about some experience. And while that may seem insignificant, those “small” moments can make a big difference in that person that approached us. It can also be a time when we can lose credibility for that person, especially if we show a different face to the one shown in front of the whole group

We have a bigger responsibility. Our mission is to bring the best in our audience. Our job also implies a huge opportunity to influence people in a powerful and positive way.

Each one of us is helping to build a better version of persons, a better world. We are offering people very exclusive and important information, distinctions and patterns that can transform lives. In that sense we have a great job and that’s much more important than just earn money.
