I had an urgent call of one of my customers who asked me to deliver a Leadership and Supervision workshop as quickly as I could. They have had some serious complaints from the union delegate in the sense of misconduct observed in some leaders in the way “theytreat their workers

The content of this workshop should include “conflict management”, so I designed a “Dialogue Model” as part of the workshop that resulted very welcomed and participants found very useful. I gathered information, facts and stories regarding the present situation and then use it to design a solution good enough to respond to it and solve it. So, this is what I ended up with in text layout in order to share it with you all: The conversation is triggered by one side’s complaint against the other side in a “confrontation mode”. That is, stakes start high, the demands are firm and can be harmful if poorly managed.
