CORE RESPONDING

Recently Michael has written on both the Meta Coaches and Neurons elists about core questions and core states. And inspired by a recent private conversation via email with Michael, I’ve been thinking about another ‘core’ idea.

First here's a bit of background. For those of us who write on the trainers elist, Michael will send some ‘writers feedback’ to the group. After my last trainer's reflection in December, Michael sent some valuable feedback, so I responded to say thanks. And this began a brief email conversation about how we were each doing privately.
