Let’s assume you have secured the work with a business or government department. What are the things you’ll need to consider? In this reflection I’ll present 13 questions that you will need to consider prior to you running the training. They are listed in particular order and some may be more relevant than others depending on the clients needs at the time.
1) How many will attend? You’ll need to know numbers attending. This will allow you to determine how many manuals to have printed, the royalties you need to pay, the seals you’ll need to bring with you and the certificates you’ll need to print. This will also determine the type of venue and the seating arrangements. And whether you’ll need a team to support you.
