If there was one thing I would highlight as being the most undermining mindset that limits a trainers success it is this— mediocrity. Yes, being average or even slightly above average, but average all the same. That’s what limits a trainer potential and success. Accepting the are good enough to make the grade and pass full certification at NSTT but no better.

It’s where a trainer embraces the idea they have arrived and passed the rigours of Trainer’s training and is never seen or heard of again. This limiting mindset, this approach to skill development is what I believe undermines the ability for a trainer to realise their potential.

Now, I accept there will always be trainer’s who have a tick box approach to achievement. They set an intention to achieve a goal and reach their goal of being certified as a Neuro-Semantic trainer. They have completed the pre-requisite trainings, made the financial commitment to travelling to NSTT and reached the benchmarks. Yet that is where they stop.
