CUTTING THROUGH THE NOISE
Several of us Meta-Coaches have just completed The 5-Minute Manager training in Monterrey Mexico— primarily Omar Salom and Lilly along with Geraldine and myself. It was an exclusive in-house training with a group of senior managers, a group that Omar had been working with in coaching and consulting for several years, and more recently with Lilly. I recognized the quality of their work immediately in the training—here was a group of men and women who were fully ready to jump in and learn everything they could. They asked great questions. That’s one of the amazing thing about questions—the questions people ask reveal the quality of their thinking and the quality of how they have been trained. So a big meta-high five to Omar!
