ETHICS IN TRAINING
When I first learned about NLP, I was really impressed with the premises— what we call the presuppositions of NLP: Behind every behavior is a positive intention — at some level.
When I first learned about NLP, I was really impressed with the premises— what we call the presuppositions of NLP: Behind every behavior is a positive intention — at some level. The meaning of your communication is the response you get—in spite of your intention. The world is a world of abundance, not one of scarcity. If there’s not enough, we can create more abundance for sharing.
What I found when I first did my NLP Training was that Bandler and his crew did not live by these principles. They especially acted like “the pie is only so big, so the more you get, the less I get.” They operated by scarcity, not abundance and that began especially clear when the Ninety Million dollar law-suite against “ the field of NLP” in 1995 and all of the arguments over “intellectual property.”
