You’ll recall in Trainer’s Reflection #4 where I wrote on the 1st Golden Rule which was titled “Never make a participant wrong.” As a quick reminder and to check in with you following my last reflection I’d like you to consider the following questions about the 1st Golden Rule:

• How have you been making sure you honour that particular Golden Rule? If so how?

• Have you made any adjustments in your training delivery to ensure you are less likely to make a person or your co-trainer wrong?

• Have you become more aware of how you could make a person wrong in your training and are consciously ensuring you are not doing that?

Now it’s time for you to think about the 2nd Golden Rule. Like all Golden Rules it’s called a Golden Rule because it is fundamental and foundational to your success as a Neuro-Semantic Trainer.
