7 BEHAVIORS THAT PATRONIZES PARTICIPANTS

Disclaimer: My hope is that everything in this article is unnecessary, irrelevant and shooting way off the mark for Neuro-Semantic Trainers. Especially since most of these behaviors from you as a Trainer would be benchmarked at a 0 level, or 0,5 level at best at NSTT. If not, there is an opportunity for insight, learning and growth.

One of the things that rub me the wrong way about aspects of coaching, self-development, NLP and many other areas of personal development are arrogant practitioners that think they know it all, they know how I should live my life and have no problem telling me without my consent. You know the type? I call this mindset “Holier than thou”. My guess is it is probably not done with bad intention, or with the purpose of being a guru, or to enforce one's own map and worldview onto others, but it happens nonetheless.
