A couple of days ago me and Anders Wallin, that I do Neuro-Semantics and NLP-trainings together with in Sweden, did a Masterclass for some of the Master Practitioners that we have trained during the years. The training was 2 days and we each had one day to train them with “new stuff” at the Master Prac level.

Having just done the Self-Actualisation trainings in Hong Kong in November I was excited to get to do a half day introduction on Self-Actualisation psychology as the larger framework around Neuro-Semantics and the secret history of NLP. My style as a trainer has developed into a conversational, coaching style of training. That means I invite them to comment, ask a lot of questions and I seek to engage them by teasing, provoking, and to explore the topic together.

So I started by asking them what Self-Actualisation is to them, and that conversation led me into some great quotes from Maslow and we talked about the deficiency needs and the higher being- needs.
