FROM IDEA TO TRAINING DELIVERY IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS

As I was preparing for my upcoming Coaching Essentials training this March, an interesting circumstance arose. I received a call from an Israeli man inquiring about the upcoming weekend training. Due to religious reasons he was unable to attend one of the days of the training and he wanted to explore alternative solutions.

I proposed the option of doing the training privately which did not meet his criteria. I also proposed the possibility of organizing a small private group training. He didn’t seem thrilled at the idea of needing to get four other people on board, but I told him I would reach out to some former Israeli students and see if they could provide some other creative solutions or support.
