As Neuro-Semantic Trainers we know a thing or two about states — Right? Right! Why? Because states are at large what we teach our students about in relation to the performance of meaning, and when first embarking on our journeys as Neuro-Semantic students and then on to becoming trainers we ourselves had set out to be the best version of ourselves, and learnt that in order to do so it would require that we acquire state management skills.

As seasoned Neuro-Semantic Trainers we are exemplars of what we teach in terms of state management including equipping people with the ability to design and re-design engineer resourceful states, and to integrate them in such a way that their Genius State/s become their modus operandi – Right? Right!

But are we exemplars? Really? Do we lead out in our own lives (in and out of the training room) with well habituated resourceful states? Have we made our genius state a natural state from which we operate consistently? If states slip out of our consciousness, has our genius training state been so well developed and integrated that we just are this way? Well, this is the aim - of course!
